On Friday, Girls Tennis kicked off Algonquin’s spring sports with a win in the first in-season competition. They beat AMSA 4-1.
Most of the school’s other teams will enter the fray this week.
The Community Advocate spoke to ARHS Softball coach at a scrimmage last week about her outlook for the season. According the story, it’s an optimistic one. She told the CA:
They know what to expect and they’re ready, they’re very hungry to turn a new page over from last year and really take the next step towards a more successful season
