Seeking volunteers to talk about their user experience on the Town’s website

The tech committee is looking for residents to participate in a zoom session to help them improve the Town's website

The Town is trying to improve residents’ user experience on their website. Before they make upgrades, the Municipal Technology Committee is seeking public input.

This time, instead of a survey, they are soliciting volunteers to talk with them about their experiences and priorities.

MTC asked me to share their announcement:

Southborough is planning a significant upgrade to the town’s main website. The Municipal Technology Committee (MTC) is doing research to understand the experience our residents have interacting with the current website. The MTC would like to learn about the ways you engage with the current website, how easy or difficult it has been in helping you to achieve your goals, and identify and prioritize potential ways to improve the website. We are seeking residents of Southborough who are willing to participate in a 40-minute 1:1 online Zoom session with our user experience (UX) researcher. The session would be recorded only for the purpose of data analysis, and will be deleted after the study is done.

If you are willing to volunteer for one of these sessions, please sign up [here.]
