Library offering sleepover — for stuffed friends

For the 2nd year, the Southborough Library is inviting kids to let their furry friends enjoy an overnight party without them.

Last year, the Southborough Library encouraged young patrons to drop off their stuffed animals for a special slumber party.

From the “looks” of it, the furry friends had a blast. The event was popular enough for the Library to offer it again this year.

The “Stuffed Animal Sleepover” will take place over school break. Kids are invited to bring the special friends to the Library Wednesday, December 28th between 1:00 – 4:30 pm. The pets’ owners can also enjoy crafts before they say goodnight:

Your stuffed animal can sleep over at the library! Drop off an animal (or two), do a craft with your animal, and then leave your animal with the librarians for the night. Pictures will be emailed to show you what the animals are up to! Pick up your animal the next day and hear all about the sleep over adventures!
