You may have read news stories about a former Hopkinton Police student resource officer indicted for allegations that he have raped a student in 2004/2005. Coverage by the Hopkinton Independent included a detail relevant to our community (beyond being neighbors).
According to their article, the indicted man once worked as a soccer coach at Algonquin Regional High School.
I reached out to the school administration for confirmation of his employment details. According to Superintendent Gregory Martineau, he worked as a Freshman Boys* Soccer Coach from 2010-2013.
