Tap your feet to the classic rock of Messy Excuses – Wednesday

If you enjoy classic rock favorites guaranteed to get your body moving”, then you’ll want to head to the Neary field this Wednesday night.

The next act in the Southborough Summer concert series is Messy Excuses. The band encourages:

come out and enjoy the fresh air while enjoying some classic rock and roll. All hits guaranteed to get your foot tapping.

The 5th concert in the 6 week series will take place Wednesday, August 2nd from 6:00 – 8:00 pm on the outdoor stage and field at Neary School, 53 Parkerville Road.

As always, concert goers are encouraged to bring blankets or chairs and enjoy a picnic. Bring your own dinner or purchase one from that night’s food truck. (Stay tuned for word as to who the vendor will be.)

The Summer Concert series is sponsored by The Southborough Community Fund, Friends of Southborough Recreation, and Southborough Cultural Arts Council (funded through the Mass Cultural Council).

There will be one more Wednesday concert after this one (Jumpin’ Juba on August 9th). But you can also enjoy an outdoor concert at the big end of summer festival “Summer Nights” on Saturday, August 26th (featuring Hit the Bus).
