AbraKidAbra! at the Library over February break

Kids should be in for a treat in two weeks at the Southborough Library. The Library is bringing in magician Mike Bent for his “AbraKidAbra” show.

The performer promotes that his act:

combines amazing magic, big laughs, audience participation and hilarious surprises for a one-of-a-kind, interactive experience.

AbraKidAbra flyerThe show will take place on Friday, February 23rd from 11:00 – 11:45 am. All ages welcome and no registration required.

According Bent’s, website the magician was honored by Best of Boston in the ’90s. But his talent at entertaining children was recognized beyond Boston.  First Lady Laura Bush invited him to perform at the White House’s Easter Egg roll. He must have impressed, since he was invited back each year after through 2016 by Bush, then First Lady Michelle Obama.

The official White House program called Mike “one of the most creative and imaginative people in magic.”

He is also “a featured performer at Hollywood’s famed Magic Castle.”

The free event is sponsored by the Friends of the Southborough Library.
