The Town of Southborough, MA is seeking applicants for a part-time (19.5 hours per week) Administrative Assistant who will provide skilled administrative support in the Town Clerk’s office. (Monday through Thursday, 8:30am to 12:30pm, Friday 8:30am to 12:00pm. This position is not eligible for remote work.)4 years experience required.
Pay range: $24.47-$32.27; Hiring range: $24.47 – $28.10 per hour. This position responds to resident inquiries, prepares and manages birth, death and marriage records, dog licenses, voter lists, board and committee meeting records, and provides support to several town departments, boards and committees on departmental tasks.
The successful candidate will have a demonstrated history of working effectively with the public, providing excellent customer service and resolving concerns quickly, tactfully and effectively. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a detailed and accurate manner is essential. The successful candidate must have a demonstrated history of improving office efficiency and productivity through innovation.
