Tomorrow evening, the Southborough Library is hosting a workshop for teens by Southborough Youth & Family Services.
The “Value of Validation” workshop will teach teens about the important “skill”.
Teens are invited to learn how validation is the #1 skill in diffusing tension, building connections, and improving communication. Sarah Cassell, Director of Southborough Youth and Family Services, will teach how to use this skill to enhance relationships and experience improved outcomes in conversations with friends, family members, teachers, coworkers, and others.
Teens will also make motivational buttons to share in the community. Teens can count this event toward volunteering credit. Registration Required.
The event will be held at 5:00 pm. Teens are asked to register here.
