Southborough Recreation’s second “Summer Block Party” is taking place next week. To add to the fun, Rec has invited another special WooSox visitor to mingle with the crowd.
It’s just one aspect of the night billed as “Fun Times, Good Neighbors, Great Party!”
The free party will again include music by Brite House DJ, face painting, and games. And they’re bringing in “Moo-licious, The Mooving Cookie Bakery” to sell treats.
At the first party two weeks ago, WooSox Mascot Smiley posed for pics with the crowd. And he clearly brought out their smiles:
Recreation has posted that WooSox’ Woofster Mascot will hold a Meet & Greet at the next party.
The party is on Wednesday, July 30th, 6:00 pm at Woodward School (28 Cordaville Road) in their lower parking lot. The free fun is sponsored by Eagle Leasing Company.
