Professional artists aren’t the only ones whose works are on display for public viewing this month in Southborough. The Southborough Library is holding its 2nd annual “Mini Art Show.”
For the second year, the library gave away “Mini Art Kits” as part of their efforts to support Mental Health Awareness Month (MHAM). The “grab and go” kits were offered as a way for community members of all ages to express themselves and take a mindful break.
Participants were asked to bring back their painted canvases by tomorrow.
This Tuesday evening, they’ll be on display for all to enjoy. The May 26th reception opens at 5:00 pm with light refreshments. (Note: Although a flyer accidentally lists, 6:00 pm, the actual start is an hour earlier.)
After the reception, the pieces will be distributed throughout the library.
