Obituary: Lee J. Cibelli, 87

Levio (Lee) J. Cibelli, 87, of Mashpee and formerly of Southborough passed away on Monday, June 24, 2013.

He was the beloved husband of Anita (DelSesto) Cibelli for the past 62 years.

Lee also leaves behind a son, Kenneth and his wife Diane of Nutley, NJ, two daughters, Maryanne Flaherty and her husband Sean of Mashpee, and Julie Perkins of Shirley, two brothers, Robert Cibelli of Westborough and Raymond Cibelli of Southborough, and two sisters, Anne Donahue of Chelmsford and Pauline Erickson of Lexington,six grandchildren Nicole and Emily Cibelli, Scott and Megan Macdonald and Timothy and Samantha Perkins, and two great-grandchildren Giovanna and Isabella; many nieces and nephews.

Born in Southborough, he was the son of the late Aldo and Eunice (Fay) Cibelli. Lee was the president of A. Cibelli Sons Construction and a World War II Army veteran. He was a devoted husband, father and Bruin’s fan. He will be dearly missed.

Visiting hours will be Wednesday, June 26th from 4 to 7PM at Morris Funeral Home, 40 Main Street, Route 30, Southborough

The funeral service will be held at 10AM on Thursday June 27th in the Morris Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Southborough Rural Cemetery.
