Virtual workshops to help with stress and sleep – Tonight and next week

The Library is teaming up with Jill Vroman for encore workshops in their Wellness series.

The Southborough Library and Jill Vroman are offering two virtual workshops this month to help participants during what can be a stressful season. Tonight, participants can learn how to put together an “Emotional Toolbox”.
