Gulbankian Farms: Meet the family and read the petition
As you probably know by now, one of the Warrant Articles up for vote at Wednesday’s Town Meeting is the rezoning of the Gulbankian property at 40 Mount Vickery Road. (If you aren’t aware or need a refresher on this zoning issue, click here for past coverage.)

David Parry: A Locally-Funded Plan for Southborough Town Center (Updated)
David Parry has submitted his outline of a possible local plan to replace the “state plan” for the Main Street Reconstruction Project.
Parry is the leader of the citizen’s petition initiative to form and fund a committee, through Town Meeting, to review the Main Street reconstruction project. In an effort to help people communicate about this project in advance (rather than hearing his case for the first time on Town Meeting floor) I’ve put up a page with his text and visuals.
