Agreement reached on Woodland Meadows 40B
The Woodland Meadows 40B townhouse development off Oak Hill Road has been in the works for nearly four years now. The Zoning Board of Appeals approved a plan back in November, but Natick developer Robert Heavey appealed the board’s decision saying the conditions they placed on the project would keep him from making money. Annual flag retirement ceremony on Tuesday

Every year on or about Flag Day, Veterans of VFW Post 3276 and Legion Post 161 hold a flag retirement ceremony in the Rural Cemetery. During the ceremony, flags collected from residents, as well as the ones replaced on Memorial Day, will be retired by ritual burning. Southborough precinct boundaries adjusted
You all probably know that Southborough has three voting precincts. The precinct boundaries are set with the goal of keeping the population of each within 5% of each other. A shift in where people live in town, has prompted the town clerk to adjust the boundaries of two of the precincts to keep within the 5% goal.
