The Algonquin boys lacrosse team pulled off a huge upset against Grafton on Saturday in their quarterfinal matchup. Sixth-ranked Algonquin beat third-ranked Grafton by a score of 9 to 7. Sophomore Connor Healey scored five of Algonquin’s goals, and fellow sophomore Dave McGovern scored two. I’ve had several readers ask me about the unusual mowing pattern on the St. Mark’s lawn this year.
