Back in February, Algonquin was awarded a $10K grant to plan the creation of an “innovation school” – a charter-like school program that would focus on science, technology, engineering, and math. The Southborough Education Foundation has a mission to help fund innovative programs in the Southborough schools, creative and challenging programs that wouldn’t get funded through the normal budget process.
