- 0009 hrs – Officers investigated a burglar alarm at a Johnson Road residence.
- 0519 hrs – A motorist from Malden, MA was issued a Criminal Application for Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle and Speeding.
- 0814 hrs – Officers investigated a burglar alarm at a Turnpike Road business.
- 0929 hrs – The traffic lights at Boston Road and Firmin Ave were reported to be malfunctioning. Mass DOT was notified and responded to the scene.
- 1017 hrs – Officers assisted a Walnut Drive resident with a domestic issue.
- 1213 hrs – Officers investigated a burglar alarm at a Valley Road residence.
- 1228 hrs – Officers assisted a disabled motorist on Turnpike Road.
- 1306 hrs – Officers responded back to the previous Valley Road residence for a second burglar alarm.
- 1355 hrs – Officers investigated an abandoned 911 call from an East Main Street residence.
- 1429 hrs – Officers investigated a two car, motor vehicle accident on Main Street. No injuries were reported from the scene of the accident.
- 1457 hrs – Solicitors registered at the police station.
- 1529 hrs – A Pine Hill Road resident called to report that someone was banging on their front door. Responding officers reported back negative findings at the residence.
- 1655 hrs – An officer on patrol witnessed and reported a two car, motor vehicle accident on Turnpike Road. No injuries were reported from the scene of the accident.
- 1748 hrs – Officers investigated a two car, motor vehicle accident on Turnpike Road. No injuries were reported from the scene of the accident.
- 1946 hrs – Officers investigated a burglar alarm at a Newton Street business.
- 2118 hrs – Officers conducted a requested well-being check on a Framingham Road resident.

- 0136 hrs – An officer responded to Turnpike Road to investigate a report of individuals attempting to flag down cars. The responding officer located individuals and assisted them with directions.
- 0146 hrs – A medical was reported at a North Street residence.
- 0227 hrs – A medical was reported at a Turnpike Road residence.
- 0608 hrs – Southborough Officers assisted Marlborough Police with a civilian transport.
- 1042 hrs – Officers investigated a two car, motor vehicle accident on Turnpike Road. No injuries were reported at the scene of the accident.

- 0009 hrs – Officers responded to a Woodland Road residence to investigate a noise complaint.
- 0050 hrs – ARRESTED: An Upton woman was arrested and charged with OUI Alcohol after a motor vehicle accident on Flagg Road.
- 0134 hrs – A medical was reported at a Boston Road residence.
- 1257 hrs – An officer investigated a report of two kids with a dog on the ice near Cordaville Road. The responding officer reported negative findings in the area.
- 1319 hrs – Officers investigated a one car, motor vehicle accident on Gilmore Road. No injuries were reported from the scene of the accident.
- 1428 hrs – Officers responded to a Turnpike Road hotel to investigate a report of damage done to one of the rooms. A follow-up investigation was conducted, and no charges are expected to be filed.
- 2013 hrs – Officers investigated a burglar alarm at a Turnpike Road business.
- 2142 hrs – Officers responded to Turnpike Road for a report of an erratic operator in the area. The responding officers reported back negative findings.
- 2229 hrs – Officers responded to a Deerfoot Road residence to investigate a barking dog complaint. The dog was located and the owners were advised of the complaint.
