Public Safety Building Update: Fire Dept moved

If you have business with either police or fire, don’t head over to 21 Main Street. As of this afternoon, both public safety departments are officially operating out of the new complex at 32 Cordaville Road.

The Southborough Fire Department announced that they would begin operating out of the new building today. They’ll join the Police Department that successfully moved over on Monday.

Yesterday, the SFD posted to Facebook that they would spend the day moving over equipment and inventory to the new Public Safety Building. Administrative offices would move this morning.

The plan was to begin operating out of the new building as of noon today, September 5th. I checked in a little bit ago, and they were officially operating out of the new building today.

According to the announcement, visitors should enter the same lobby that opened on Monday when the Police Department relocated.
