The Southborough Library will be busy with activities for the kids this week. Here’s what is on tap.
Tuesday, August 10 – Drop-in Craft Day: Recycled Materials (10:00 am – 5:00 pm)
Stop by the Children’s Room to make a craft out of recycled materials.
Wednesday, August 11 – Pajama Story Hour (7:00 pm)
The library’s much-loved Pajama Story Hour ends on August 18, so if you haven’t been yet this summer, now is your chance to join Miss Kim for a selection of stories appropriate for all ages. If the weather allows, the story hour is held outside on the lawn, so bring a blanket.
Friday, August 13 – Jungle Adventure Workshop (11:00 am)
A Jungle Adventure Workshop will be presented by the Southborough-based Skyrise Children’s Theater. During the workshop, kids will use their imagination to create characters that interact to solve problems, riddles, and overcome obstacles during the themed adventure. The workshop is intended for children ages 5-8. Register at the Children’s Room desk or by calling 508-485-5031.
