This October, Algonquin will mark a special milestone when its very first graduating class gathers to celebrate its 50th reunion. That first class of 77 seniors from Northborough and Southborough graduated in 1960. Many of the class members still live in the area.

The reunion itself will be held on October 1 over lunch at Guiseppe’s Grille in Northborough, with a reception the night before at the Marriott Courtyard in Marlborough.

According to a website set up for the event (arhs1960.com), 40 class members have signed up so far to attend the reunion. You can read more about the class of 1960 and their reunion plans in this article from the Worcester Telegram & Gazette.
