I have searched and find no mention of this significant information about the condo on William Onthank Lane, namely that it is in a development for people over 55 and needs be listed at the Senior Center so that Southborough residents can have first choice. One person has to be over 55 and there may be only two people per unit. Why advertise it without this info?
