Mark your calendars: Events next week

I don’t normally post on the weekend, but there are a couple of events next week that I haven’t had the chance to tell you about yet. Here they are in brief so you can get them on your calendar. I’ll share more detail in separate posts next week.

Mamas n Divas and Fit Studio28 joint Ladies Night – Tuesday, November 15 @ 7:00 pm
Join Southborough-owned Mamas n Divas and Fit Studio 28 (also My Southborough sponsors) for an evening of fitness, beauty, food, drinks and fun. They’ll have lots of vendors offering promotions, discounts and complimentary services – a great head start for your holiday shopping. Mamas n Divas and Fit Studio 28 are located in Westborough in the Village Plaza (Next to New York Deli and Little Gym) on Route 9 east.

Southborough Library Business Speaker Series – Wednesday, November 16 @ 7:00 pm
The latest in the Southborough Business Networks INSIDE STORY speaker series will feature Tomasso and Panzano owner Tom Prince who will discuss lessons learned opening his award-winning business. The event, which takes place at the Southborough Library, is free and open to the public.

Southborough Gardners holiday demonstration and boutique – Thursday, November 17 @ 10:00 am
The Gardners’ annual holiday program, this year titled Welcome Yule, will feature floral designer Betsy Williams. It will be held at Pilgrim Church. Tickets are $5 in advance or $10 at the door.

Gulbankian Farm & Garden Center’s after-hours shopping and tasting event – Thursday, November 17 @ 5:00 – 8:00 pm
Sample Stonewall Kitchen goodies — including dips, sauces, salsas, jams and crackers — while shopping for t-shirts, cozy sweaters, scarves, jewelry, candles and other unique gifts. Gulbankian’s will donate a portion of the sales from the evening to the Southborough Food Pantry. The first 10 people to attend will receive 50% off a Stonewall Kitchen product.
