Stressed out about getting all that food on the table for Thanksgiving next week? Let Assabet help you out.

For the fifth year in a row, the Thanksgiving holiday will be made just a bit sweeter and a lot less stressful for those who choose to let the Culinary Arts students and staff at Assabet Valley Regional Technical High School do
the baking for them.

Imagine that trip over the river and through the woods to the family feast, carrying a beautiful fruit-topped cheesecake, delectable carrot cake, or chocolate cream pie with real whipped cream topping. Complement the meal with fresh bread or dinner rolls, or start the day with some cinnamon coffee cake or breakfast Danish. What a delight when dessert is served, and there are cookies, fruit pies, cream puffs, angel food cakes or French pastries. Don’t forget to save a few brownies as a treat for yourself when that last pot or platter is washed and put away. And if shopping on Black Friday is your thing, reward yourself with a cup of coffee and a leftover whoopee pie when you get back
home.

The doors to the Epicurean Room restaurant (at the back of the school) will open to the public at 9 AM on Tuesday, November 22nd, and will close when the goodies are gone, or 1 PM, whichever comes first. Plan to come early, for last
year was a sell out!

The school is located at 215 Fitchburg Street, Marlborough, convenient to routes 495, 290, and 85.
