  • Preschool Story Time (10:30 – 11:15 am): This program is for children age 2-5 years old and their parents or caregivers. Each story time will feature stories and a craft based on a weekly theme. Drop-in, no registration required.

  • Bracelet Beading for Kids (4:00 – 4:45 pm): Kids are invited to make beaded bracelets at the library. Materials and instructions will be provided. This craft is for children age 5-8 but older and younger siblings are also welcome. Parents or caregivers must stay with children during the event. Please register with the Children’s Room desk or through email to becmelo@yahoo.com.

  • 2nd & 3rd Grade Book Group (6:30 – 7:30 pm): This book group for 2nd and 3rd graders meets once a month at the library. Members of the group read a book during the month and meet for discussion and activities. Pizza is provided by the Friends of the Friends of the Library. Space is limited and registration is required. This month’s book is Third Grade Angels by Jerry Spinelli.

  • Baby and Toddler Time (11:00 – 11:30 am): This program is for children age 0-2 years and their parents or caregivers. Each weekly story time will include puppets, short stories, and music. Drop-in, no registration required.
  • Southborough Library Genealogy Club – Searching Military Records (7:00 – 8:45 pm): This month, we host genealogist Polly FitzGerald Kimmett, who will teach us about Searching Military Records for your Family’s History. Meeting starts at 7:00 p.m. – no registration required. Genealogy Club meetings are appropriate for all ages and all skill levels.
