Flags in Southborough and across the state are flying at half staff Wednesday, February 12th in honor of SGT Myrnairis Bones Cepeda.
While in service to her country, SGT Cepeda was killed by a hit and run driver outside of her Fort Sill, Oklahoma base on February 2.
