Police logs (11/14/15-11/20/15): Road rage and non-emergency calls

Officers responded to road rage on Route 9. They also had to follow up on four accidental/abandoned 911 calls.

Saturday, November 14, 2015:

  • 0030 hrs – An officer investigated a report of two suspicious males walking through the woods on School Street. The responding officer reported back negative findings in the area.
  • 0059 hrs – Officers assisted a disabled motorist on Turnpike Road.
  • 0147 hrs – An officer on patrol checked on a suspicious motor vehicle parked outside of a Turnpike Road business. The officer reported back that the vehicle and the operator both checked out ok.
  • 0220 hrs – ARRESTED: A Framingham man was charged with OUI Alcohol; Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle; Failure to Stop for Police; Speeding; and Failure to Stop/Yield.
  • 1505 hrs – A town resident reported being the victim of an Identity Theft.
  • 1724 hrs – An officer investigated a report of a suspicious male behind a business on Boston Road. The officer reported back negative findings in the area.
  • 1724 hrs – Officers investigated a one car, motor vehicle accident on Turnpike Road. No injuries were reported at the scene of the accident.
  • 1814 hrs – An officer investigated a noise complaint on Boston Road.
  • 1832 hrs – Officers investigated a two car, motor vehicle accident on Main Street. No injuries were reported at the scene of the accident.

Sunday, November 15, 2015:

  • 1019 hrs – Officers investigated a burglar alarm at an Orchard Lane residence.
  • 1249 hrs – Officers assisted a disabled motorist on Turnpike Road.
  • 1324 hrs – Officers investigated a burglar alarm at a Carriage Hill Lane residence.
  • 1716 hrs – An officer investigated a suspicious male party on Turnpike Road. The male party checked out ok and was provided a transport to the MBTA station.

Monday, November 16, 2015:

  • 0011 hrs – An officer on patrol checked on a suspicious motor vehicle parked in front of a Cordaville Road business. The vehicle and the operator both checked out ok.
  • 0043 hrs – ARRESTED: A Holden man was charged with OUI Alcohol (3rd Offense); Possession of an Open Container Alcohol in a Motor Vehicle; and Unlawful Possession of Fireworks.
  • 0719 hrs – Officers investigated a burglar alarm at a Northboro Road business.
  • 0822 hrs – Officers investigated a two car, motor vehicle accident on Turnpike road. No injuries were reported at the scene of the accident.
  • 0909 hrs – Officers responded to Framingham Road to investigate a report of an erratic operator in the area. The responding officers reported back negative findings.
  • 1321 hrs – A medical was reported at a Newton Street business.
  • 1811 hrs – A Burnett Road resident called to report a suspicious vehicle parked outside of their residence. The responding officer reported that the vehicle had left the area prior to the officer arriving on scene.
  • 1936 hrs – Officers investigated a burglar alarm at a Northboro Road business.

Tuesday, November 17, 2015:

  • 0304 hrs – Officers assisted a disabled motorist on Turnpike Road.
  • 0829 hrs – An officer investigated a traffic complaint on Watkins Lane.
  • 1226 hrs – An officer investigated a noise complaint (loud bang) in the area of Pinecone Lane. The responding officer reported back negative findings.
  • 1229 hrs – Officers assisted a disabled motorist on Marlboro Road.
  • 1330 hrs – A medical was reported at a Nichols Street residence.
  • 1637 hrs – A medical was reported at a Marlboro Road residence.
  • 1657 hrs – Officers investigated a two car, motor vehicle accident on Framingham Road. Injuries were reported at the scene of the accident.
  • 1719 hrs – A Marlborough resident reported that a wallet was taken from her vehicle while it was parked at a Newton Street business.
  • 1928 hrs – Officers responded to Turnpike Road to investigate a report of an erratic operator in the area. The responding officers reported back negative findings.

Wednesday, November 18, 2015:

  • 0051 hrs – Officers investigated an abandoned 911 call made from a Highland Street residence.
  • 0117 hrs – An officer investigated a road rage incident involving two motorists on Turnpike Road.
  • 0740 hrs – Officers assisted a disabled motorist on Bridge Street.
  • 0805 hrs – An officer investigated a report of suspicious activity at a Turnpike Road business.
  • 0810 hrs – ARRESTED: A Framingham man was placed under arrest after it was determined that Mr. Lyons had four active arrest warrants for his arrest out of Framingham District Court.
  • 0846 hrs – Officers investigated a two car, motor vehicle accident on Turnpike Road. No injuries were reported at the scene of the accident.
  • 0926 hrs – A medical was reported at a Schipper Farm Lane residence.
  • 1121 hrs – An officer investigated a traffic complaint on Latisquama Road.
  • 1230 hrs – Solicitors came in to register at the police station.
  • 1434 hrs – Officers conducted a requested well-being check on a Boston Road resident.
  • 1529 hrs – Officers investigated an accidental 911 call made from a Turnpike Road business.
  • 2345 hrs – Officers investigated a burglar alarm at a Turnpike Road business.

Thursday, November 19, 2015:

  • 1042 hrs – Officers assisted a disabled motorist on Boston Road.
  • 1412 hrs – Officers investigated a burglar alarm at a Bay Path Lane residence.
  • 1614 hrs – Officers investigated a report of an erratic operator in the area of Turnpike Road.
  • 1618 hrs – A medical was reported at a Pine Hill Road residence.
  • 1710 hrs – Officers investigated an abandoned 911 call from a Turnpike Road business.
  • 1723 hrs – An officer investigated a traffic complaint on Cordaville Road.
  • 1736 hrs – Officers assisted a disabled motorist on Framingham Road.
  • 1756 hrs – An officer investigated a report of a suspicious motor vehicle parked on Graystone Way. The responding officer reported back negative findings in the area.
  • 2305 hrs – Officers investigated a noise complaint on Pearl Street.

  • 0644 hrs – Officers investigated a two car, motor vehicle accident on Turnpike Road. No injuries were reported at the scene of the accident.
  • 0723 hrs – A medical was reported at a Boston Road residence.
  • 0726 hrs – Officers investigated a report of a suspicious male party in the area of River Street. The male was located and checked out ok.
  • 1107 hrs – An officer took a harassing phone calls complaint from a North Street resident.
  • 1156 hrs – Officers investigated an abandoned 911 call from a Turnpike Road business.
  • 1242 hrs – A medical was reported at a Turnpike Road residence.
  • 1536 hrs – An officer investigated a vandalism report at a Boston Road residence.
  • 1655 hrs – Officers investigated a two car, motor vehicle accident on Marlboro Road. No injuries were reported at the scene of the accident.
  • 1930 hrs – Officers investigated a motor vehicle vs. deer accident on Southville Road. No injuries were reported at the scene of the accident.
  • 1949 hrs – Officers investigated a traffic complaint on Turnpike Road.
  • 2112 hrs – Officers responded to Turnpike Road to investigate a report of an erratic operator in the area. The responding officers reported back negative findings.
