Police logs: Car vandalized and a Hit & Run

A resident’s car window was shattered, possibly by a BB. And police responded to another (no injury) Hit & Run. Read about those incidents and more in the latest logs from the Southborough Police Department.

Wednesday, June 08, 2016:

  • 0638 hrs – Officers investigated a two car, motor vehicle accident on Turnpike Road. No injuries were reported at the scene of the accident.
  • 0731 hrs – An officer took a vandalism report from a Parkerville Road resident. The resident found the back window of their vehicle was shattered (possibly by a BB) at some point during the night. The incident is currently under Investigation.
  • 0752 hrs – An officer investigated a report of a suspicious male walking near a Pine Hill Road residence. The male party was no longer in the area when the officer arrived on scene.
  • 0759 hrs – Officers investigated a two car, motor vehicle accident on Turnpike Road. No injuries were reported at the scene of the accident.
  • 0842 hrs – Officers investigated a two car, motor vehicle accident on Turnpike Road. No injuries were reported at the scene of the accident.
  • 0918 hrs – Officers responded to Turnpike Road to investigate a report of an erratic operator in the area. The responding officers reported back negative contact.
  • 0928 hrs – An officer investigated a traffic complaint on Turnpike Road.
  • 1340 hrs – A medical was reported at the Fay School on Main Street.
  • 1534 hrs – Officers investigated a traffic complaint on Brigham Street.
  • 1620 hrs – An officer took a report of a Hit & Run motor vehicle accident at a Main Street business. No injuries were reported at the scene of the accident.
  • 1641 hrs – Officers investigated a two car, motor vehicle accident in the parking lot of a Newton Street business. No injuries were reported at the scene of the accident.
  • 1905 hrs – An officer investigated a report of suspicious activity at the Rural Cemetery. A suspicious vehicle was reported and located in the area, and the responding officer reported back that everything checked out ok.
  • 2144 hrs – A medical was reported at a Turnpike Road business.

Thursday, June 09, 2016:

  • 0643 hrs – Officers investigated a burglar alarm at a Turnpike Road business.
  • 0828 hrs – An officer investigated a traffic complaint on Turnpike Road.
  • 1002 hrs – A medical was reported at a Newton Street business.
  • 1216 hrs – Officers investigated a burglar alarm at a Presidential Drive residence.
  • 1238 hrs – Verizon was advised of a wire down on Fisher Road.
  • 1344 hrs – Officers assisted a disabled motorist on Parkerville Road.
  • 1520 hrs – Officers investigated a two car, motor vehicle accident on Turnpike Road. Injuries were reported at the scene of the accident.
  • 1711 hrs – A medical was reported at a Wildwood Drive residence.
  • 2104 hrs – Framingham Police requested Southborough’s assistance in locating a vehicle that was possibly in the Turnpike Road area.
  • 2115 hrs – Officers investigated a burglar alarm at a Northboro Road business.
  • 2339 hrs – Officers investigated a burglar alarm at the Trottier Middle School.

Friday, June 10, 2016:

  • 0040 hrs – ARRESTED: A Weymouth man was placed under arrest after he was found to have three active arrest warrants out for his arrest.
  • 0321 hrs – An officer investigated a report of a road hazard on Turnpike Road.
  • 0744 hrs – An officer investigated a report of a damaged train crossing light on Central Street. The crossing light was struck, and was found nearby on the ground. CSX was notified and responded to the scene.
  • 0848 hrs – Officers investigated a report of a suspicious male party in the area of a Main Street business. The male party was located and checked out ok.
  • 0925 hrs – Officers investigated a two car, motor vehicle accident on Turnpike Road. No injuries were reported at the scene of the accident.
  • 0926 hrs – An officer investigated a traffic complaint on Flagg Road.
  • 1056 hrs – An officer investigated a report of suspicious activity at an Oak Hill Road residence. The responding officer reported back that everything checked out ok.
  • 1224 hrs – Solicitors came in to the police station to register for the day.
  • 1352 hrs – A motorist from Springfield, MA was issued a Criminal Application for Operating a Motor Vehicle without a License.
  • 1500 hrs – Officers investigated a burglar alarm at a Schipper Farm Lane residence.
  • 1655 hrs – An officer investigated a traffic complaint on Turnpike Road.

Saturday, June 11, 2016:

  • 0904 hrs – An officer investigated a report of two suspicious females walking near a property on Northboro Road. The responding officer reported negative findings in the area.
  • 1004 hrs – An officer assisted a disabled motorist on Boston Road.
  • 1136 hrs – An officer investigated a traffic complaint on Sears Road.
  • 1545 hrs – A medical was reported at a Meeting House Lane residence.
  • 1806 hrs – Officers investigated a report of a suspicious male party walking on Turnpike Road. The male party was located and checked out ok.

Sunday, June 12, 2016:

  • 1136 hrs – Officers checked the Framingham Road area for a report of an erratic operator in the area. The responding officer reported back negative findings.
  • 1229 hrs – A resident of Parkerville Road reported hearing someone banging on their neighbor’s door. The responding officer reported back that it was the wind blowing a screen door.
  • 1624 hrs – Officers conducted a requested well-being check at an Admirals Lane residence.
  • 2355 hrs – An officer investigated a two car, motor vehicle accident on Turnpike Road. No injuries were reported at the scene of the accident.
