Last week was another excellent one in Algonquin varsity sports. Teams ratcheted up 9 more wins and only two losses. Victories included Football’s 34-7 win against North Middlesex.
One loss was Boys Cross Country to Shrewsbury 20-41. But even there, the overall win went to ARHS’ Andrew Michalik. Meanwhile, Girls Cross Country’s also boasted the overall winner, Tess Reyes, while also capturing the team win 28-30.
Last week’s other loss was by Field Hockey. But they’re not sulking this evening. The girls just bested the Leominster Blue Devils:
