Voting in the Primary deadlines (including at the Senior Center through Friday)

On Friday, my post about early in-person voting at the Senior Center included an unfortunate typo.

As I previously posted, early in-person voting is at the Southborough Senior Center, through the rear entrance, from 10:00 am – 4:00 pm. I referred to that as taking place through this Friday, but listed today’s date. Friday is, of course, the 28th.

Meanwhile, if you plan to vote by mail, this Wednesday, August 26th at 5:00 pm, is the deadline for requesting a ballot. (Again, that is for the state primary. To get mail-in ballots for the November 3rd Election, the application must arrive by October 28.) But, don’t wait to apply. Primary ballots need to be received by the Town Clerk’s office by 8 p.m. on September 1. (Fortunately, there is a drop off mailbox at the Town House specifically for voting.)

Voting at the polls (at Trottier Middle School) will take place on primary day, Tuesday, September 1st.
