Covid Booster Clinic for eligible residents this month

The Town is offering booster shots to eligible residents.

The Southborough Board of Health is promoting Covid Vaccine Booster shots for eligible residents. Registration is open for clinic hours on November 15 and 22.

The eligibility criteria depends on your original vaccinations.

For residents who received a J&J Vaccine, you are eligible two months after you received the shot. (You also must be at least 18 years old. But if you aren’t, you shouldn’t have received J&J in the first place.)

For residents who previously received Moderna or Pfizer vaccines, you must be 65 years or older and have been vaccinated more than 6 months ago.

For all patients attending the clinic, the shot received will be the Moderna booster shot.

Clinics will be held at the Southborough Senior Center at 9 Cordaville Road on Mondays November 15th and November 22nd from noon to 4:00 pm.

The Board encourages anyone with questions or concerns about COVID-19 boosters to call them.
