The Southborough Library is again hosting a virtual Young Scientists STEM Beginnings series for children:

This 6 week series will learn STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math) concepts through hands-on activities, story time and simple experiments. This is an interactive class using Zoom and parents/caregivers are encouraged to help their child. A list of materials for families to prepare for each class will be provided weekly.

The class is for 3-6 year olds. It is being held on Wednesday mornings (10:30 – 11:30 am) through December 8th.

To register for each individual session and receive the list of materials for families to prepare for the class, please email Kim Ivers at kivers@southboroughma.com or call 508-485-5031.

*The series is sponsored by the YMCA Family & Community Partnership (YFCP), which is a Massachusetts Coordinated Family & Community Engagement (CFCE) Grant funded by the Department of Early Education and Care and awarded to the YMCA of Central Massachusetts.
