Friends of Southborough Youth Commission update

FSYC is thanking "Munchie" supporters and promoting their 2nd annual Shop with a Purpose event on May 13th.

The Friends of Southborough Youth Commission have asked me to share a thanks to supporters of their last fundraiser (March Munchie Madness) and a Save the Date for an upcoming one (Shop with a Purpose).

The Friends of Southborough Youth Commission (FSYC) have been busy fundraising this spring to support the programs sponsored by Southborough Youth and Family Services including the Summer Camp Scholarship program and Winter Wishes. FSYC’s fundraising efforts to date include:

Selling concessions at the Youth and Family Services Family Game Night on March 3rd.

The first Annual March Munchie Madness during the entire month of March. FSYC would like to express their heartfelt thanks to the Southborough community and to the following restaurants for participating in March Munchie Madness and making the event such a great success:

Hola Restaurant and Tequila Bar
Nan’s Kitchen & Market
Southborough House of Pizza
Tomasso Trattoria & Enoteca
Yama Fuji Asian Cuisine

FSYC Shop with a Purpose flyerIn addition, FSYC is holding their second Annual Shop with a Purpose event at the Southborough Community House on Saturday May 13th, from 11-4. Please see the attached flyer and save the date!

If you would like to support FSYC, please visit the FSYC Facebook page to make a donation. All funds raised benefit Southborough residents and go directly to support programs including the Summer Camp Scholarship program and Winter Wishes.

You can donate online through the donate button on their Facebook page or through Paypal (though the latter deducts a transaction fee).
