I’m reminding readers who use Southborough’s Transfer Station, it’s time to get stickers for the new season. Every year, the old permits expire on September 15th.
The price for the “1st permit” per household is now $320 for most users or $75 for seniors. [Note: There is a fee waiver available for financial hardship.] For both age groups, a 2nd and 3rd permit can be purchased for the household for $25 each.
As I posted in August, there are new rules this year. Those include what can be left in the Swap Shop, clarifications of what is allowed through “temporary permits”, and penalties for rule violations. You can read more about the changes in my prior post here.
