The night before Southborough students’ first day of the public school year, the Southborough Library and Southborough Youth & Family Services will hold a discussion that may be especially relevant to some of their parents.

The “Shelf Help” community book discussion group will discuss learnings from the book Breaking Free of Child Anxiety & OCD: A Scientifically Proven Program for Parents by Dr. Eli R. Lebowitz. Shelf Help Group Reboot: No Reading Required (while more engagement is possible)

The Town's Book Group to discuss self help books and mental health topics is back in August under a revised format. Next up is a book (and additional resources) on "parenting through anxiety and OCD".
