Southborough resident and mom Jeanne Vanni was diagnosed with a rare form of stomach cancer two years ago. She underwent treatment and thought she had beaten the disease. But that didn’t stop Southborough postal workers from collecting 1,400 pounds of food donated by Southborough residents as part of the annual USPS Stamp Out Hunger food drive.
