Wednesday, November 2, 2011

  • 4:11 am – Officers investigated a burglar alarm at a Marlboro Road residence.
  • 5:01 am – Officers investigated a burglar alarm at a Turnpike Road business.
  • 7:18 am – A medical was reported from a Ted Lane residence.
  • 11:40 am – Officers investigated an abandoned 911 call at a Ted Lane residence.
  • 11:49 am – A medical was reported at a Turnpike Road business.
  • 1:07 pm – Officers investigated an abandoned 911 call from a Turnpike Road business.
  • 2:00 pm – A Vale Terrace resident reported a suspicious motor vehicle driving slowly by her residence. Officers responded to the area, but the vehicle had left the scene.
  • 2:26 pm – Officers responded to a Southville Road residence to assist with a landlord/tenant dispute. The two parties were able to work out their problem.
  • 2:50 pm – A medical was reported at a Newton Street business.
  • 4:13 pm – Officers investigated a burglar alarm at a Cordaville Road residence.
  • 6:48 pm – Officers investigated a burglar alarm at a Barn Lane residence.
  • 11:13 pm – Officers investigated a burglar alarm at a Main Street business.
  • 11:27 pm – A resident of Fisher Road reported that a vehicle had pulled behind their property and turned off their headlights. Officers responded to the residence, but there was no vehicle in the area.

Thursday, November 3, 2011

  • 8:41 am – Officers investigated an abandoned 911 call from a Buffalo Run residence.
  • 9:02 am – Officers investigated a one car motor vehicle accident with injuries on Turnpike Road. The operator, a resident of Dudley, MA, was charged with Operating a Motor Vehicle while Under the Influence of Alcohol; Operating to Endanger; and Marked Lanes Violation.
  • 9:09 am – A medical was reported at a Newton Street business.
  • 9:35 am – Officers investigated a burglar alarm at Framingham Road business.
  • 11:45 am – A medical was reported at a Newton Street business.
  • 12:47 pm – A resident reported wires down on Harrington Court. Verizon was notified of the problem.
  • 1:04 pm – A walk-in medical was reported in the parking lot of the Fire Station.
  • 3:23 pm – Massachusetts State Police requested Southborough officers to check on a report of an erratic operator on Turnpike Road. SPD officers stopped the vehicle and checked on the status of the driver. Officers on scene reported that the operator checked out fine.
  • 6:21 pm – Officers investigated a burglar alarm at a Turnpike Road business.
  • 7:32 pm – Officers investigated a burglar alarm at a Northboro Road business.
  • 7:38 pm – A resident of Sears Road reported two suspicious motor vehicles parked on the side of the road with their headlight out and people inside. The vehicles were gone before officers arrived on scene.

  • 12:10 am – Officers investigated a burglar alarm at an Autumn Hill Lane residence.
  • 2:08 am – ARRESTED: A Marlborough man was charged with Operating after License Suspension and Defective Equipment. A male passenger in the vehicle was taken into Protective Custody, due to his high level of intoxication.
  • 4:44 am – Officers investigated a burglar alarm at a Newton Street business.
  • 5:19 am – Officers investigated a one car motor vehicle accident on Main Street. No injuries were reported from the accident scene.
  • 6:49 am – Officers investigated an alarm at a Willow Street business.
  • 9:23 am – ARRESTED: A resident of Overlook Drive, Southborough was charged with Operating a Motor Vehicle with a Revoked License.
  • 12:04 pm – Officers assisted two Turnpike Road residents with a neighbor dispute.
  • 3:38 pm – Officers returned to the scene of the previous Turnpike Road call, to handle a second dispute between the two neighbors.
  • 3:41 pm – Officers investigated a two car motor vehicle accident on Turnpike Road. No injuries were reported from the scene of the accident.
  • 4:45 pm – A medical was reported at a Newton Street business.
  • 4:54 pm – Officers investigated a burglar alarm at a Clemmons Street residence.
  • 4:57 pm – A resident on Newton Street reported that someone had struck his retaining wall and caused significant damage. Officers responded to the residence and took a report.
  • 5:14 pm – Officers were asked to conduct a well-being check on a Boston Road resident.
  • 6:00 pm – Numerous power outages were reported throughout the town.
  • 6:45 pm – Officers investigated a burglar alarm at a Marlboro Road business.
  • 6:45 pm – Officers investigated a burglar alarm at a Turnpike Road business.

Saturday, November 5, 2011

  • 1:47 am – Officers checked on a suspicious motor vehicle parked at a Turnpike Road business. The vehicle checked out o.k.
  • 3:06 am – SPD officers assisted Massachusetts State Police with an attempt to locate a motor vehicle that passed through the toll booth on the Mass Turnpike without paying. The vehicle was reported to have extensive front end damage, and was registered to a Southborough resident. State Police were able to locate the vehicle on the exit ramp to the Mass Pike in Framingham.
  • 4:11 am – Officers investigated a burglar alarm at a Turnpike Road business.
  • 10:05 am – A Summit Road resident reported an attempted identity theft (via phone call). The resident did not give out any personal information to the unknown caller.
  • 10:14 am – A Latisquama Road resident reported that two of their bank accounts had been compromised, due to a case of identity theft. Officers took a report and will conduct a follow-up investigation.
  • 10:19 am – An employee of Southborough Medical Group reported that there were two males lying across the railroad tracks behind the business. The caller reported that the males appeared to be taking pictures of each other. Officers responded to the scene, but the individuals had already left the area.
  • 1:00 pm – A medical was reported at a Newton Street residence.
  • 1:00 pm – Officers assisted a disabled motorist on Turnpike Road.
  • 1:51 pm – A resident of Oak Hill Road reported a low wire across the road. Verizon was notified of the problem.
  • 3:02 pm – A medical was reported from a John Matthews Road residence.
  • 3:09 pm – A motorist on Southville Road reported low wires across Southville Road.
  • 5:48 pm – A medical was reported from a Southville Road residence.
  • 6:04 pm – Officers investigated a two car motor vehicle accident on Marlborough Road. There were no injuries reported from the scene of the accident.
  • 9:15 pm – ARRESTED: A Framingham man was arrested on an outstanding arrest warrant, and was subsequently cited for operating an unregistered motor vehicle in Southborough.
  • 10:15 pm – Officers responded to a loud party call on Pine Hill Road. The residents were advised of the noise complaint, and agreed to lower their music.

Sunday, November 6, 2011

  • 1:09 am – Officers investigated a suspicious motor vehicle parked in the parking lot of Bill’s Liquors. The vehicle checked out o.k.
  • 11:08 am – A medical was reported from a John Matthews Road residence.
  • 12:36 pm – A motorist reported a telephone pole on Framingham Road was bending towards the road with the attached wires hanging low. Verizon was notified of the problem.
  • 3:16 pm – Officers investigated a burglar alarm at an Edgewood Road residence.
  • 9:37 pm – Officers investigated a 911 abandoned call from Fay School on Main Street.
  • 10:10 pm – A resident of Central Street reported an odor of natural gas in her home. SFD responded and determined that the home was safe.
