The Southborough 4H club is currently soliciting donations of non-perishable food items to benefit Boston area food pantries.

To start the donations, the Bourdon family is donating 100 lbs of grass-fed beef. Anyone who would like to add to the food drive can drop off food items at Breakneck Hill Farm, 61 Breakneck Hill Rd any evening or call 508-330-7216.

4H is a national youth organization primarily focused on agricultural sciences but also develops leadership, communication and community service.

This Southborough club is based out of Breakneck Hill Farm. It was formed this year with a focus on Science and Agriculture. The group currently has about 11 members ages 9 to 14 from the metro west area. It is lead by Rebecca Deans Rowe, Brian Rowe and Paul Bourdon. They meet once a month and welcome new members.
