Southborough Recreation Department sent out the following notice this afternoon:
All afterschool and evening programs k-8 have been canceled.
In the future you can check the hotline 508-485-0710, press 8.
Sorry kids. You still had to have class and tests. It’s just playtime that’s cancelled.
So much for that “snow days” song my kids have been singing all week!
As for the rest of town departments – so far, no closings or meeting cancellations posted.
Updated (12/12/13 2:52 pm): I just confirmed with Superintendent’s office – Algonquin after school activities were also cancelled.
