Flags in Southborough and across the state are flying at half staff from sunrise to sunset today in honor of Petty Officer 2nd Class Andrew Clement of the United States Navy. Officer Clement died June 21 of a non-combat related injury while deployed to Camp Lemonnier, Djibouti. You can read more here.
