Stroller walking group to start this fall

Above: A new walking group would love to stroll among the trees (as pictured on their website), but given the EEE threat it looks like they’ll start off by settling for the tree sculptures in the mall. (photo right cropped from flickr post by JJBers)

A special walking group will kick off in a few weeks. Parents and/or caregivers who would like to go for group walks with infants and tots in strollers can join them. (I confirmed that those toting infants in slings/bjorns are welcome, too.)

The group is organized by Southborough Kindergroup, but open to anyone interested in joining them. (You don’t have to be from Southborough to take part.)

The first meetup is Monday, October 7th at 9:30 am. Anyone interested is asked to RSVP here.

Due to the EEE threat, they’ll be walking indoors (at least to start). The location isn’t in town, but it is nearby – the Natick Mall. The group will meet in front of Nordstrom’s inside entrance to the mall. (You can find the directory map here.)
