When I stopped by the reservoir off Middle Road earlier this week to take photos of the algae bloom, I got lucky. As I pulled up I saw four great blue herons hanging out by the water. Meadow Lane resident Cindy Hill sent in a couple photos of what she hopes are her new tenants. Cindy said that less than a week after they put up two new bluebird houses and a bluebird feeder in their back yard, a pair of bluebirds arrived to check out the accommodations.
