Park Central Hearings open next week; ZBA alternate members sought
40B permit hearings open next week, potentially short one member, and with limited capacity for in-person attendance.
On Friday morning, the Select Board promoted an alternate member of the Zoning Board of Appeals to fill the seat of a full time member who resigned.

Select Board to form committee to explore use of 21 Highland Street
In response to public outcry, the Select Board agreed to allow volunteers to explore uses and financial feasibility of the historic "asset"
For over an hour last week, the Select Board discussed 21 Highland Street and listened to concerns of residents who believe that the South Union Building and property are worth retaining. Although they didn’t vote, the board agreed to form a committee for stakeholders to explore options for its use along with financial viability.
