Juried art show opens tomorrow
The Southborough Arts Center‘s annual juried art show opens Friday night with a reception from 7:00 to 9:00 pm. There will be refreshments, music, and of course, lots of art. Newton Street closed again today
For the second time in as many weeks, a portion of Newton Street north of Southboro Medical is closed for road work. DPW head Karen Galligan said today’s closure is for drainage work. Fire engulfs car after Mass Pike crash on Saturday

Southborough teen remains in jail on murder charge
New details have emerged in the murder case against Southborough teen Christopher Manoloules. Southborough Police have a new dispatcher
The Metrowest Daily News reports that Southborough is getting a new full-time police dispatcher: Mike Cunningham, whose experience includes part-time work as a dispatcher in Hopkinton and full-time work as a Harvard University security officer, will replace outgoing communications officer Robert Fagudes.
