Since 2005 Southborough residents Lisa Braccio and Debbie Depp Wilson have organized semi-annual care package drives to benefit troops serving overseas. In that time they’ve shipped off in the neighborhood of 7,800 boxes filled with the comforts of home. This weekend, they hope to add to that total. The fifthAnnual Billy Webber Memorial Golf Tournament will be held at Juniper Hill Golf Course in Northborough on Friday, May 31. The tournament is in honor of Southborough’s former police chief William Webber who lost his battle with pancreatic cancer in 2008 at the age of 53.
