Tomorrow morning, the Select Board is scheduled to appoint an Interim Town Clerk. At this stage the board is intentionally keeping mum about who they are considering appointing.

When Town Clerk Jim Hegarty spoke to the Select Board and Advisory Committee on Tuesday, he quipped that he was there to talk himself out of a job.
