The Library is teaming up with Jill Vroman for encore workshops in their Wellness series.
The Southborough Library and Jill Vroman are offering two virtual workshops this month to help participants during what can be a stressful season. Tonight, participants can learn how to put together an “Emotional Toolbox”. Next week, they can get tips on how to get “Restorative Sleep”.
